Laborare Group have an extensive database and growing network of candidates which allows us to deliver contingency based recruitment as a cost-effective solution to meeting our clients' needs.
Clients will only pay us a recruitment fee if we successfully place a candidate within their organisation.
In a highly competitive recruitment market, it is in our best interest to ensure we work efficiently and effectively to deliver results before our competitors, whilst maintaining our exceptional customer service standards.
Contingency Recruitment Process:
- If this is your first engagement with Laborare Group, we will firstly take the time to learn more about your company. We take the time to understand the culture, dynamics, vision & strategic objectives. This will enable us to ascertain the cultural fit and personality fit for the ideal candidate.
- We will obtain a detailed job brief outlining key technical skills and attributes. We will ask to speak to hiring managers as well as HR professional to ensure we are aligned in thinking.
- We will conduct a thorough and extensive search of our database, which is based on industry leading technology.
- We will utilise our extensive network of contacts that we have carefully built up over many years.
- We will identify potential candidates and complete initial screening interviews, before delivering a short list of candidates with their accompanying CVs to our Client for review. We aim to present short lists and CVs to our clients within one week. More complex roles may take longer.
- We will request feedback from our Clients on shortlists presented and will further manage interview arrangement for those candidates progressing to the next stage of the recruitment process.
- Laborare Group will manage all interview arrangements. We will ensure effective communication between our Clients and Candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
