Executive Search
Laborare Group supports clients in the search for candidates with hard to find experience and skills. We use Executive Search to source and attract 'best in class' individuals from specific chemical markets, business functions and companies. We find, engage and attract candidates who may not be actively seeking a move within the market.
Our comprehensive executive searches are bespoke and tailored to our clients requirements. We can offer bespoke Psychometric testing as part of our overall offering to our clients.
Typically we will allow 6 weeks before delivering our first short list, however this is also dependent on the complexity of the Executive Campaign.
Executive Search Process:
- As with our contingency search, our first priority is to learn as much as we can about your company, the culture, strategy and vision. We will then work with our clients to prepare a comprehensive campaign brief to ensure we fully understand our clients' requirements. We will draw up contracts and agree these with our clients.
- On agreement of campaign brief and contract we will conduct extensive research to identify and target "best in class" individuals. Our campaign strategy will be discreet, maintaining our clients' confidentiality at all time. We will only disclose what we are allowed to.
- We will compile a candidate longlist, conducting in-depth initial interviews before presenting our final shortlist along with candidate CV and initial interview feedback to our client.
- We will arrange all interviews and will assist both Clients and Candidates throughout negotiation stages.
- We will provide our clients with progress reports as required and in line with our contractual obligations.
