Working closely with the commercial, technical and operational leadership teams, he has developed a detailed understanding of chemical value chains, market dynamics and organisational structures – enabling informed engagement across both strategic hires and full team build-outs.

DIRECTOR

Melanie brings extensive experience in recruitment programme design, governance and structured assessment delivery.

Prior to co-founding Laborare Group, she led complex, large-scale recruitment and promotion frameworks within a UK public body, contributing to the development of centralised recruitment systems, competency-based selection methodologies and nationally deployed assessment centres.

Working at strategic and operational levels, she developed expertise in process architecture, stakeholder governance and delivery discipline – ensuring recruitment programmes operated with clarity and measurable consistency.
